Our Team
Director - Gerard Bagnara
Mr Bagnara is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience and expertise in project and construction management including design and contract management across a diverse portfolio including major sport and cultural event projects, buildings, roads, rail, airports, commercial construction; project planning and feasibility studies.
He seeks early alignment with event project requirements; understands event project outcomes are established during initiation; adopts a predicted outcome attitude to client and stakeholder engagement; brings broad expertise in the development and use of project management systems, protocols and procedures ensuring they are tailored and fit for purpose.
Mr Bagnara expects project oversight and reporting to be agile, transparent and succinct. He brings strong expertise in procurement - strategy, probity, tendering, negotiation, execution, administration. Safety first zero harm attitude across all phases of planning and delivery.
